What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast handling and delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@fashonscart.shop as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping promotions and free shipping offers may be available from time to time. Any applicable shipping charges or promotional offers will be clearly displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Transit Time: 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has been dispatched within Australia.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only deliver orders within Australia. If you are located outside Australia and are interested in placing an order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this information to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

How do I exchange an item?

We currently do not provide direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred option.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when the purchase was made.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fashonscart.shop and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing

How do I choose the correct size?

Each product page includes sizing information to help you select the most suitable fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for added comfort. If you need further guidance, feel free to email our team and we will be happy to help.

My size is out of stock. Will it be available again?

We regularly restock many of our most popular products. If the size you need is currently unavailable, please contact support@fashonscart.shop, and we will let you know if and when it is expected to be restocked.
